We wish to announce the distribution of the pool access cards for use of the pool area by the membership. This event will be scheduled on-site on Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Members must be in good standing and bring valid identification for proof of residency.

After this distribution date, please note that the access code previously provided will be eliminated from the gate pad.

The first card is free to the member and any additional cards (maximum 3 per household) are $25.00 each. For additional cards, members will need to provide a check (only) payable to the Association (Wade Settlement HOA) in order to receive additional cards.

Also, for members who have residents who live on-site and wish to authorize their tenant to pick up the access card on their behalf, we ask that you please e-mail our office at steven@essexhoa.com to provide written authorization to release the access cards on your behalf.

For those members who are not able to attend the event to receive your access card, you may go onto the Association’s web-site at www.wadesettlementhoa.com and click on the icon that denotes obtain pool access card. You will be requested to complete the form provided and submit to our office. Once received, the access card will be mailed to your attention.
