At the open meeting held on May 6, 2025, the Board of Directors reviewed the estimated budget expenses for the year and determined that the current assessment rate is insufficient to support the Association’s operating needs. We ask that all members clean up after their pets while within the Common Areas of the Community. Not only is this unhealthy for other members, it is also unsightly. There are pet waste stations strategically located along buildings and within the walking paths for your use. The Association has contracted a service to clean the pet stations on a monthly basis. Please help keep the Association to alleviating this concern.
