As the Managing Agent for Wade Settlement Homeowners Association, Inc. we are pleased to announce a Special Board of Directors meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 at 1:00PM. The purpose of this meeting will be to review and vote on Approval to Amend the 2025 Budget and discuss normal business of the Association. Special meetings are open session and business transacted at this meeting will be restricted to those topics stated in the agenda.
